Oh lordy. It has been a week. I have spent much of it feeling like this girl:

I’m so ready for the weekend. Once again, I am going to lay low. It’s going to be 1 million degrees so I’ve got a hot date with my television. I plan to figure out how to stream the Simpsons so that I don’t have to get up and find the right DVD–haha, but really.

I had my lovely friends Jenny and Kate over on Monday to watch the Bachelorette. They hadn’t seen my apartment in awhile and were so surprised by what a little sanctuary from the outside world it has become. It has taken almost five years (!) but it is a really pleasant place to return to at the end of the day. I should probs post some updated pictures–maybe I’ll take some this weekend!
