This week is a true test of my ability to just be zen about things over which I have very little control. And I will come out on top! Yesterday, I practiced changing my RBF to a smile. My face hurts now, but it’ll be worth it. I remained calm and positive. And hopefully, I will be able to maintain this for the next four days. And hey:
This vaguely reminds me of the year I decided to channel my inner-Girl-On-A-CW-Show as my New Year’s Resolution and just smile all the time. It lasted about a day and a half.
