Well, I am back from the loveliest vacation. My mother, sister and I escaped for a week to Gasparilla Island in Florida. The island prides itself on its “old Florida” feel–and it sure lives up to that. I love lush (ie expensive) Florida landscaping–palm trees, those giant jade plants (or whatever) and flowering bushes. We spent many hours in the pool, walking the beach, drinking margaritas, and talking. You can read a recap here. I’ll just let you feast your eyes on some pics.
