I took a vacation yesterday so I could see Guster in Central Park. Yes, my second Monday night concert in a row. Sometimes, I am too cool for my own good. Anyway, Guster did not disappoint. They did a healthy amount of fan favorites and then a few from their new album. It was one million degrees last night so we all looked our best–and interestingly, it got warmer when the sun went down. EXPLAIN THAT, please.

I had never been to Summer Stage concert in Central Park–and it was just how I like concerts–pretty small and full of easy-going fans. Jenny remarked that this was a pretty wholesome crowd and I said “Yes, but this has nothing on Taylor Swift’s crowd.” Mostly, I’m glad Jenny and Aaron are Guster fans and wanted to go to the concert!!
