OOOOOH!

On Sunday afternoon, I had a bit of a movie binge. I was tidying up my apartment, organizing my closet, and, of course, relaxing–so I put on The Thrill of it All. This classic 1963 Doris Day/James Garner flick is a favorite of mine. Doris always looks perfect–her clothes, her home, her hair. And it did not disappoint. I will say that there were some seriously dated lines–like James Garner declaring that a wife’s job was to be in the home and not selling Happy Soap. Of course, I still laughed as he drove his car into the pool–and you know I love a good fake-drunk scene.
