The tornadic activity in the midwest on Friday sure set my weekend off with a bang. I didn’t get home from work until 4:30a on Saturday morning! When I turned off my light, I could see the sky brightening–the sun was on its way up! Sigh. My personal activity level was very low on Saturday–let’s just say, I spent a lot of time with ABC Family. And have seen A LOT of Bring It On movies. And also Mulan.

Earlier in the week, I went to the American Museum of Natural History to interview a herpetologist. He wore SANDALS, of course. The piece ended up getting killed, though, because of tornadoes. Sigh. Also, we had Shake Shack at work last week–quelle treat. And quelle intern that had to go to the Shake Shack, wait in line, and then haul it back to the office! And on Sunday, I had a delightful brunch.
