Will someone please explain this to me? I called Time Warner and they were like “There is an outage in the area.” Since all of my posts lately have been about TV, you can imagine my angst. I’m very annoyed.

UPDATE: During the writing of this post, the cable came back. I had to call again. And the computer who answered the phone reset my cable box remotely. Technology!
