Today, I made a great discovery while venturing to what is quickly becoming one of my favorite places in New York City–the 23rd Street Home Depot. It is easily accessible via the subway, it is organized, and if you go during the week, it is not crowded. And they sell Swiffers there. Of many sizes and varieties. In DC, there was a Home Depot that, in theory, was metro accessible, but was in a quadrant where the chance of being involved in a homicide was extremely high. What was my discovery, you ask? The Doughnut Plant that is two avenues away from the aforementioned Home Depot.
Yummalicious and a pretty plate too!
I’m having a problem internalizing “Home Depot” and “New York City” in much the same way I don’t process horizontal and vertical together.
It’s called plaid.
